Contact Centre Project Manager.
We are looking for a Contact Centre Project Manager for our client based in the South West of England. This will be a contract position starting ASAP for 6 months.

Rate: £325-£400 per day
Duration: 6 months
Skills: You will have proven Project Management experience, in particular setting up and/or rationalising customer contact centres. Knowledge of structured PM methodologies (i.e. Prince 2) a plus. You will have a track record of delivering projects on time & within budget, and will have a sound knowledge of the business processes behind customer contact centres. A pragmatic approach, strong interpersonal ability, including managing conflict & negotiation communication & presentation skills & experience of working in a fast-moving programme/project environment are required for this post. Experience of Shared Services (Customer Service Centres) may also be beneficial, but not essential.
Tasks: You will be Project Managing the rationalization of several customer contact centres in to one central point of contact for the organisation’s customers.
