Location : South West
Our client is looking for a three new C# software engineers (contract) to design & develop software solutions for CD based products, primarily using Visual C# and associated technologies.This is on a full-time, but temporary basis; this will be a 6 monthcontract, to run from early/mid September 2010 to early/mid April 2011. The daily rate will be £230-235 per day.
Experience
1.At least 2 years experience in C# programming language using .NET with a demonstrable willingness to learn and develop in C# in the future
2.Ability to understand refactoring and the principles of good software design
3.Experience of best practice software development patterns and frameworks
4.A good understanding of unit testing, functional testing and the need for automated developer tests
5.Experience of Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile development methods or a willingness to learn
6.Experience of software development productivity tools such as Team Foundation Server, JUnit, NUnit or a willingness to learn
7.Knowledge of XML and related technologies
Technical Knowledge required:
C# and SQL Server
Hands on commercial experience of design and development of Windows applications
