to further build on that success and hire a first class recruiter to develop new
customers in specific new market areas
Skills:
-
You must have a proven track record (evidenced) as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Full in-depth understanding of the recruitment process- end to end, preferably within
IT sector.
- Outstanding communication skills (inc interpersonal & making presentations to customers
at all levels inc senior executive level.
- Experience in developing new business and managing/developing key clients. Full
understanding of candidate management.
- It goes without saying you must be self motivated, have a positive attitude, be
able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and work to deadlines
and targets.
- PC literate including recruitment and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of, and desire to work to, best practice in Recruitment.
- Familiarity with current and relevant legislation is required.

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher to join our very successful
agency based in the South West of England paying a salary neg on exp + uncapped
commission.

Skills:
Ideally Degree educated you will need to be exceptionally organised to be able to
manage a number of concurrent searches where vacancies being recruited for are often
disparate in terms of industry or specialism.
It will also be critical that you have the ability to communicate effectively both
written & orally as you will need to be communicating regularly with internal consultants,
clients & candidates alike (primarily by telephone, & email contact).
You will enjoy building & maintaining strong relationships with clients & candidates,
& will thrive on the challenge of successfully managing your candidates through
the entire process, assisting & updating them at all junctures.
Strong IT skills will also be important for this position as you will be using MS
Outlook & the in-house database on a daily basis, & will rely heavily on web-based
resources to source candidate profiles.
On a personal level you must be self motivated with an energetic & proactive nature,
a positive & enthusiastic attitude together with a competitive & resilient approach.
You will need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
& work to deadlines & targets.
Duties.:
Working within a small team in an established & successful Recruitment company,
you will specialise in sourcing quality candidates for both contract & permanent
positions for our recruitment consultants to submit to their clients; there will
be a focus on IT & management positions – although you will have the opportunity
to work on a variety of positions & industry sectors.
Identifying potential candidates through executing various search methods (advertising/searching
CV databases/ networking /web-based research/social networking) & interviewing (telephone
/ web / face to face ) these candidates to judge their suitability for positions
available currently or possibly in the future. You will then register the candidate
on our internal database & keep them updated as to the progress of their application
throughout the recruitment process.
Other duties: Undertaking research tasks such as investigating candidate availability
(particularly uncommon skill-sets), providing salary/rate guides, generating leads,
& monitoring the candidate market, arranging candidate interviews on behalf of clients,
taking references, updating the company database where appropriate, taking candidate’s
post-interview feedback, screening candidate’s backgrounds, & writing job descriptions.
